The Goat Skincare story isn’t just about a product, or a magic ingredient… it’s about family. And how wanting the best for our family led us to create a product that could be loved and enjoyed by families across the world.
THIS IS OUR STORY:
With years of experience in the skincare industry and a passion for natural ingredients, we wanted to create products that solved a problem we knew first-hand: products that were gentle, accessible and made for everyday family life.
And so, Goat Skincare was born.
Born in Europe, our family (Mum, Sally, Dad, Ray and twin daughters, Tijana and Ivana) migrated to Australia in the ’80s. As a child, Ivana suffered from sensitive skin and eczema. Ray would often bring home cakes of goat’s milk soap from the local market, looking for something gentle enough to soothe her skin. Over the years, our family tried countless products, from highly medicated formulations to natural and organic alternatives.
We came to realise that caring for sensitive skin wasn't just about one product. It was about nourishing the skin, making thoughtful choices, and finding everyday products that felt gentle enough for the whole family.
And through it all, we kept coming back to the one thing that made a difference:
At the heart of the range is pure Australian goat’s milk, farmed and sourced in Victoria. Our products are made to nourish and care for the skin, without unnecessary ingredients. They are free from parabens and sulphates and pH balanced for everyday use.
Suitable for all ages and skin types, The Goat Skincare is about keeping things simple: products you can reach for every day, and feel good about sharing with the people you love.
And because our family wouldn't be here without them, we don't test on animals.
What began with one family looking for something better has grown into something much bigger. Over the past 20 years, our family business, Core Metrics, has been proudly creating and producing a range of Australian brands, each with the same belief at their heart: that good products should be made with care, be accessible to everyone, and make a genuine difference to everyday life.
